Farm Bureau visited the Statehouse On February 16, Union Co group visited the statehouse and the corporate building where they
met with Indiana FB state President, Don Villwock. Those pictured here were, Brenda Stipp board member, Brian Broookbank

The Legislative Breakfast held at the Liberty
Church of Christ in Liberty, Indiana was well attended. The legislators included Tom Knollman, Jean Leasing and Jud
McMillian. The breakfast was the joint effort of Union, Fayette, and Franklin Counties. The mediator was Kermit
Paris.

We
filled 3 semi trailers with passenger, truck, semi and tractor tires! Over 70 families helped clean up the community. We are
proud of this accomplishment and may repeat this project in the near future.

Farm Bureau Scholarships Farm Buerau awards up to 2 $500 Scholarships to a Union County student. The scholarship is intended for
UC Farm Bureau members or their immediate family. They must have a membership for a period of 2 years prior to
the application for the scholarship. The man\woman must be at least 17 years of age. Additionally, the person must be
a high school graduate, admitted to an approved or accredited school of higher learning and planning to study a minimun of
one year. Scholarship forms can be picked up at the UC Farm Bureau Insurance Company in Liberty.
